Nigeria has recorded 33 new cases of deadly disease, Coronavirus in four states and the federal capital territory, Abuja.
The COVID-19 result was announced by the Nigeria Centre for Disease Control (NCDC) in its update for February 15.
According to the agency’s report, breakdown of new cases of COVID across states are as follow; Lagos-13, Kaduna-9, Delta-5, FCT-5 and Rivers-1.
The NCDC said 15 persons were discharged after recovering from the infection. There were no fatalities on Tuesday.
The agency said the report includes three recoveries reported from the FCT for February 14, including two community discharges
Nigeria now has a total of 254,124 cases, 230,472 recoveries and 3,141 deaths logged in the 36 states and the FCT.
